Crash on Startup

So I reinstalled
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile

- Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Extended

- Microsoft Silverlight ver 4.1.10111.0 or 5.0.61118.0

- Windows LIVE ID Sign-in Assistant ver 6.500.3165.0

- Windows Live Essentials (optional)

- Microsoft Games for Windows Marketplace ver 3.5.50.0

- Microsoft Games for Windows - LIVE Redistributable ver 3.5.92.0

and GFWL marketplace launches correctly. I do not know what is wrong.

Crash details:

I installed on steam, click the play button, after a few seconds the ERROR report window shows up.

So the problem was fixed.

To answer your question, the game files verified fine, however the problem fixed when after reinstalling all that games for windows stuff, my computer updated, and the game was able to launch.
