multiplayer ep ranking problem

i have a problem to report on space marine 40,000 on xbox 360 on a level 5 an i got 9839 xp and i need 1 more xp 9840 xp to rank up and i play over and over and not ranking up and am stuck on this level xp for a least 4 or 5 days so please A.S.A.P answer

you need to enter an unlock code to progress past level 5, if you bought the game used you need to purchase a separate online pass
