Can someone recommend good map packs?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I find that the Armoury is more about technical information on modding, so i thought maybe it's better that I ask here.

A close friend of mine bought the game couple weeks ago when it was on that 80% Steam sale. I have been playing matches and Compstomp with him as a mean of basic tutorial.
However, i think we have pretty much seen through all the maps and even I get a little bored

Can someone recommend any popular map packs please? Preferably larger (2v2 above) maps

Spend some time looking around the Maps Bunker and I'm sure you will find plenty of maps to download.

yikes, well that steam post looks pretty good, but if those files are too large to download or long to go through in your map lists whislt in-game and trying to remember which map is which, or the good ones, then check out these map packs that are downloadable on the website of a clan I'm in.

We've playtested a lot of them and have only selected good and bug free ones, plus the installation is simply unzipping the download file and copying it to your maps folder. Plus one of the 3 download links is of the Eastern Front mod maps, which are pretty sweet as well.
