Looking for a mod team

Hi all,
I know I've tried this before, but I need modellers, texturers and animators to help me with a mod I'm working on.
I want to make a Gears of War mod, and I've got it all planned out but making, texturing and animating models isn't my thing.
Believe me, I've tried to learn it all but I'd rather be scripting and programming
So if you want to help, then message me and we'll let it go from there. Also, if you know anyone who might want to help then let them know please.

What does the Gears of War mod do?

Well I want it to remove all races apart from two new ones, the COG and the Locust, so yeah imagine it as an RTS version of the regular Gears of War game. There'll be new buildings, infantry, vehicles, weapons etc.
