Include a detailed description of the problem:
- How to recreate it
Every time I log on the game it says patch download required for online play. When I do try to download the patch in-game as it requires, it always say download failure and return me to the main menu. This loop never stops and even when I completely reinstall the game from the ground up.
- What you've done to attempt to fix it
Downloaded en_2301_2400_patch version and still couldn't make it through.
- The EXACT details of any error messages
This patch updates Company of Heroes version 2.301.0 but you appear to have version 2.202.0 installed already. To download the latest patches, run Company of Heroes and log in to Relic Online (Error code 10244)
Include the following files:
- dxdiag.txtDxDiag.txt
- warnings.log: Don't have the Directory folder inside CoH
- Hijackthis log filehijackthis.log
- error.log: Don't have the Directory folder inside CoH
Please help! I have been out of the game for months!
