I finally decided to play COH via steam and am in the tutorial. I'm having a lot of trouble getting the game to register when I move my cursor to the edge of the screen to scroll the map. Is there something I need to do, such make sure I'm running in a window or full screen? I noticed that the win7 taskbar is visible at the bottom of my main monitor.
You seem to be in a windowed mode of some sort, try pressing alt + enter, if that doesn't work, check the options for "windowed mode" or something similar, and if it's on uncheck it.
