Can you start the game in DX9 mode - Steam version

Hi

I need to remove some shader effects and I cannot do this using DX10. It would be very helpful if it this was possible to start the game in DX9 mode. That way I could remove certain effects.

Set the "Shader Quality" in the graphics options to anything less than "Ultra".
