Text Size unreadable DOW

Is there any way of increasing text size ? It is like a 10 pt font.

Searched could find nothing online.

Seems readable to me. I can only think of two things:

1. Get glasses.

2. Mess around with the resolution, maybe it doesn't fit the screen you're using.

All resolutions have tiny text above 1024x768 as they don't change size relative to resolution past that point.

It is a major design flaw not to allow a game to scale beyond a resolution that was dated in 2001.
