coh goty and o.f. runtime visual c error

-I have windows 7 32 bit on amd cpu computer with ati 5670 ddr5 (driver 12.3) and 8gb of ram (used 4).
-I have visual c++ 2005 and 2010
-I have coh goty and coh opposing force games.
First i installed coh goty and relic downloader downloaded and installed patchs .I played invasion of normandy* up to level 9 and game started to crash.
Then i uninstalled coh goty and i installed coh opposing fronts and dowloader used downloaded patchs for coh goty upgrade.Problem with game was same.
Then i uninstalled game coh o.f. and deleted patchs and local folder from documents.I installed coh o.f. and downloaded new patchs.Problem is same.
Game crash in any level loaded or in multiplayer game.

Removed 4bg ram stick and it is same.
Do you think i can resolve problem with ati control panel.
I installed visual c 2010 and sql 2008 using this installer and i have same error

I have warnings and dxdiag fileswarnings.log DxDiag.txt

And here now i played 3 missions and then on mission m12_death_of_a_division on level load crashed to desktop warnings_new.log

Just something more.I`m playing this game in Limited User Account LUA

Now i made clean boot
Then i started pb service and amd services and it looks like solution.
Disabled services are :adobe ,macrovision,google,skype and steam updaters.
