Does anyone know of a large, desert style map?
One like Afganistan or Iraq?
Obviously minimal WWII props.
Would be cool if it has some bush as well... (there is bush in Afganistan/Iraq.

You could take some of the desert maps and remove the ww2 stuff. No one has made a map specifically for a modern insurgency mod and released it as far as I am aware. Maybe the search button would help...
I would make them for you but damn I'm just so lazy as BDNY already knows. Anyways no I don't think there are too many maps out there like this, MC mod has a highway map which could be converted to look more like Afghanistan. Also Playmobil (on this forum) has a few maps out for the deserts of North Africa which could be converted to the Middle East, there was a guy on GameFront ($Texas$) I think who made maps like this.
I will see if I can link some a little later.
