Problems with Game Manager after Updating to Windows 7

After I updated my laptop to Windows 7 and reinstalled Dark Crusade the Game Manager is blank, it doesn't even include the basic game and no mods appear.

I have also tried using the external mod manager, which mods show up in, but does not function, it simply crashes (the mod manager, not the game itself) any time I attempt to start the game and the one time I got it to work the game was still unmodded.

I can still play the basic game, it starts and such, but no mods of any kind seem to work.

Here are the warning and Dxdiag txts.

Your Warnings.log reports you are running version 1.1. Are your mods built around that version? (I would suspect 1.2)

Ahh, my 1.2 patch file is corrupted and wasn't installing properly, thank you for pointing that out, re-downloading.

And now the patches aren't working, even after i uninstalled and reinstalled the game, again.

    Both give this:

Patching error: the patching system cannot located the game. Please ensure the game is currently installed on your system.

Win7 seems to use a different 'filing' system then vista did, should I move or rename the file?

I would first double check everything is present and correct in the registry files. After a reinstall, you shouldn't have to move or rename any file structures.
