I gave Eset a try and it gave me ten counts of DNS Poisoning, what is that ? How do i stop it? Also it disappeared after awhile from eset? So is eset blocking?

Unlikely. All routers default IP addresses start 192.168.blah.blah and they assign local IP addys to your side of the router. Speedtest or the like will show you your IP unless you use a Proxy server to hide your identity

Strangely enough my routher hides me from my ISP for months they ask me why i haven't been using my internet.. However i will try that thanks.
