It looks like it is still available from here for $149.95 USD. There may be other places that still sell it, I don't know of any others.

Yeah, it's an OEM version so you don't get disks or manuals or tech support, but it is licensed and a really good deal.

Also if there are any students here, you can grab a free copy of 3DSM from their education portal once they validate your required proof.
