No idea what that crap is, konfeta, other than some kind of advertisement to join something called 'Facebook'. I don't know what that is - some kind of phishing site? It looks like a phishing site.

Have you been replaced by an ad-bot, konfeta? Or maybe it's an angler-bot. I dunno, anymore.

Man, I sure do hope all these free/pre-order dlc weapons aren't going to break the early game's difficulty level.

Also, am I the only one who's kinda worried that Darksiders II is not doing soo great thus far? It's nr. 5 on Steam's top sellers, which isn't all that great knowing the game comes out in 2 days in the US and 8 (*sad panda face*) days in Europe. I sure do hope THQ isn't betting everything on this title.
Make no mistake. War is coming. With all it's glory, and all it's horror...

Gear can be replaced pretty rapidly, however there are substantial "bumps" in level power (we saw a lot of gear unlocked at level 5) as the developers said you'd have an entirely new set by level 10.

Going on the gear I got dropping, the pre-order gear (which was all completely unlocked) doesn't break things too badly (you can stack various resistances, armour, HP regen or whatever - but only one of those, as armour sets tend to have themed upgrades. Da de da of the Angel gave resistances and HP regen, while Da de dum of the Beserker gave damage, crit percentage and Wrath on hit or somesuch).

The preorder gear might throw early game off a little, but it will do bugger all in the long run.

That axe is nice, as its possessed - it will follow you through the game if you so wish!

Worried about my THQ store stuff now, but I'll complain directly to THQ insider and Ruined if it isn't working out.

Reading the Darksiders II forums it seems that problems with the THQ shop shit are beginning to pop up, so fuck it, i'll buy the game on Steam.

Possessed weapons only scale 5 levels, so it won't really follow through game.

Sigh at THQ, hope the digital pre-order avoids the clusterfuck.

Lulz. So much for the preload via THQ shop. The keys "will be sent out 9 P.M. Pacific." Damnit, I was hoping to play tonight, now all of it is going to be spent on downloading the game.

The THQ shop bit worked fine for me; while I wasn't able to preload (since the keys didn't get released until super-late) I got everything I was promised, including the 'season pass' for the DLCs. No issues.

EDIT: Cross that. Looks like it doesn't include the pre-order bonus items. No idea why. EDIT2: Though it *should*, since the pre-order bonus items are included in the 'season pass'. Not sure why you don't start off with them. Maybe they intend to handle it in some other fashion?

Turns out the PC port is barebones in the options department. The good news are that apparently it's optimized okay.

Considering I don't have a console, I'm playing it on the PC regardless.

The lack of options is annoying, but the keys are rebindable and the resolution can be altered. I could ask for mouse sensitivity though

What a hilariously negative article, mind.

I have access to a console, but I prefer playing on the PC (we use the PS3 pretty much solely as a blue-ray player). It runs perfectly fine, and the only control tweaks I wanted to make were to alter the inventory menu button so that it's 'Tab' and the radial-menu button so that it's the thumb button on my mouse.

The poor graphics are annoying, but I'm not sure they could be avoided even in an awesome PC port. They'd primarily need completely new models for pretty much everything; as-is, it's pretty much a stylistic decision to go with 'simple' character models and everything.

The game plays really well, though, and is just as fun as the original. Really enjoy Death's dodging and all, too.

I missed this the first time around, but Possessed Weapons scale differently depending on the weapons fed to them.

I'm also pretty sure they scale up to ten levels (depending on the weapon, dunno). Certainly the weapon I was whoring out in the pre-release event got to level 9.

Should be in your postbox when you get to the makers realm.

If my key arrives Tuesday night, after OVER A GODDAMN WEEK OF WAITING FOR RELEASE, I will be VERY pissed off.

And holy crap, that's a lot of complaining about what is essentially a GOOD PC port. Mass Effect 3 was worse - it didn't have controller support. I swear Gamespy have a vendetta against THQ nowadays. The game has key bindings, and I daresay down the line you will be able to force AA or it may be patched in. God forbid Gamespy play Dark Souls on the PC.

Well, according to the forums, the game's a pretty shitty port. The only graphic option you get is the resolution apparently and the promised .ini file is nowhere to be found.

There's also no AA going on in the PC version, making some things stick out like a sore thumb. The shadow in this screenshot is just horrible...

I do hope Vigil comes out with some fixes before it launches here in Europe, would be a shame if they completely ignore the complaints that are pouring in from the community.

Specially if they plan on making a 3rd game. Its just basic things that youd expect for the PC, are we really asking that much out of them?

Out of interest, why do PC gamers deserve a better-quality product than console gamers (not even including the premium for console games that tends to up the retail price compared to their PC equivalents)?

    Why do we expect more?

Of course, don't get me wrong, fixes and improvements would be excellent. But acting like we deserve them is going a bit far, in my humble opinion.

I expect more because why should a game I play on the PC be limited to its Console counterpart? I dont ask the world, just the options that used to be standard.
As an artist, games designer shouldnt you hold some sort of pride when releasing a product on the platforms youve advertised for? Just seems to be all about business and the passion is quickly swept aside. Yes in most cases fans ask and expect alot but really. AA, resolution and FoV settings should never be asking to much, right?

I would honestly not give that much of a shit if they told us "You're getting the same thing console users get", but they didn't. That's the entire point. THQ pretty much straight up lied to PC gamers stating there would be extra video options in the game for PC users AND that there'd be config files you could tweak for even better preformance. None of those things are in the game, so really, what do you expect the people who bought Darksiders II on PC to say? They promised us extra features and they did not deliver.

    * none of these things are apparently in the game, Sinogrim.

Also, resolution options are additional video options. I myself have said that mouse sensitivity would be greatly-welcomed. As much as they are a limited amount of options, your hyperbole isn't exactly helping your case either?

@DeafMute: because it's the same game? Exactly the same game? With the same monetary value (except that it's cheaper than the console version).

If the game was developed for the PC, that'd be another question. However, the game was developed for a console. You knew that well in advance. People who have played the game (i.e. Langy) have provided an unbiased opinion on the options provided and the game quality.

The attitude of the "PC master race" is beginning to annoy me and I don't even own a console.

I prefer to see it like, why bother releasing it on the PC if you arnt even going to attempt to bring the game upto standard quality wise? and what does the price matter if its cheaper on the PC than consoles? if anything If I played consoles more it would annoy me even more that Ive paid more for a product which is sub standard. I trust the next gen of consoles will be better, Unreal Engine 4 is looking mighty tasty.

While Gorb has a valid point, it doesn't deflate the fact that PC gaming is going backwards - losing options, to the point where "GLOBAL PLAY" is an advertised feature on boxes.

Darksiders 2 is by no means the worst port ever. In addition, can I point out it has come out day and date with the console version. That shouldn't be a positive, but it shows up companies like Ubisoft whom delay and still miss out big chunks. Personally, I was happy with Darksiders 1, and I don't see how Darksiders 2 will be any different.

In fact, is anybody able to draw a comparison between the two?

I don't want to pick sides, but why say things like
I prefer to see it like, why bother releasing it on the PC if you arnt even going to attempt to bring the game upto standard quality wise
when THE GAME HAS KEY BINDINGS. That's FAR more than some titles have.

I would definitely agree that dual-versioned releases (i.e. games released on both console and PC) are going 'backwards'; as far as I am aware most PC-centric titles have a plethora of options still (though I could be wrong with that? I dunno, all my latest PC releases have had adequate options. Perhaps I'm playing the wrong right games).

@DeafMute: if you believe that the PC version deserves higher-quality attention for no reason at all beyond being a PC release, then I don't know what else to say.

If the game is bad (for you), don't buy it. That is still, to this day, the most effective way of registering your vote. That's all I can say without getting annoyed at how you implicitly expect more than other gamers by dint of the platform you are playing on.

Perhaps console gamers should expect more (I honestly think they should, especially considering the additional price hike most console games seem to suffer from), but PC gamers automatically expect a larger set of options (that require programming support), a perfectly-stable game (on the PC platform which has the highest range of hardware and software differences between machines, in addition to having the highest number of user-caused issues) and better graphical fidelity (because their hardware demands maxing out and developers should accommodate the money a user has voluntarily spent on his machine).

Perhaps said PC gamers should stick to PC-only titles. That way they'd get more bang for their buck and be happier supporting the games that hit the target for them

Hm, any PC users managed to get Mace Maximus, Van Der Smash (promotions for registering the game), or the Maker's Set (pre-order bonus)? The former seem to be stuck in "will be sent to you when codes are available" mode, the latter never appeared.

Hmm, judging by the official forums, the PC release is a clusterfuck. Could have agreed to wait another few weeks if the issues were ironed out.

(Also, anyone on PC managed to figure out how to scroll the skill descriptions in the skill menu?)

Might be the Action key, whatever that is. I remember it being a really odd bind on the gamepad, though I can't remember what that was.

There doesn't appear to be any way to scroll skill descriptions in the skill menu. There are several other control issues that make Darksiders II a bit of a bad port, completely ignoring the lack of graphics options. It's not enough to make it a bad game - it's certainly fun - but it is very, very obviously a console port, and equally very obviously they didn't spend a lot of time making sure everything worked correctly on the PC.

One of the more annoying things is you can't change the resolution or anything until after you've started the game and sat through the introduction.

As far as I can tell, you either never get the Maker's Set, or you have to do something in-game to trigger it, like you do for the 'you played Darksiders I' gear. I pre-ordered from THQ, so I didn't get the Mace Maximus or Van Der Smash.

Note that the Maker's Set stuff appears to be only for those who get the Season Pass, so if you didn't purchase that, you aren't getting it. The Season Pass was only free pre-order DLC for those who pre-ordered from THQ, I think.

One of the things I rather dislike about the control scheme is the way your special skills are set up. You've basically got the 1-+ and [] buttons bound to various skills, but no way to figure out which one is which except looking through the key bindings, and there's no other quick way to use skills. I'm not even sure the radial menu works; when I tried to teleport-strike using it, nothing happened. Would be much nicer if you could use the radial menu to select a skill and then use another button - preferably my second mouse thumb button - to use it. It would be equally nice if you could also scroll through those skills with, say, the mouse wheel. That would be a much nicer implementation and make it much more likely I'll actually utilize Wrath skills. As-is, I hardly ever use them because it's awkward to do so.

Because we've been getting higher quality products (purpose built PC games) for quite some time now and most PC gamers know a shoddy rushed port when they see them, and its simple things really that every PC game should have that developers continually forget to implement when porting the game from the console to the PC; things that multiple resolution support, graphical scaling options and customising controls. It's those little things that might take an extra week or two to get in but they make a whole world of difference when it comes to the PC version for PC Gamers. Some developers are actually beginning to see how big the PC market really is and are actually spending time developing the PC version of a multiplatform game along side the console versions because they know if they support the PC, the PC gamers will support them.

The premium price for console owners is due to the payment required by both Microsoft and Sony to have that game on their platform, PC has no such payment requirement.

    Hope that answers your question

It doesn't answer the question of why some gamers consider this a right; something that they deserve. It also assumes that the developers forget to implement such features instead of running out of time (or being told - wrongly, obviously - by their management that such attention is a waste of time/does not pay off in terms of revenue for the effort invested).

I certainly see where you're coming from, though (as a long time PC gamer whose recent purchases have seen a lot of dual-releases, ME3, Batman: Arkham City and going back far enough, Space Marine. I haven't been able to categorise my Summer Sale purchases yet ) - I do understand the desire for such additions.

I just don't get the attitude from people when said features aren't implemented straightaway. I do hope they will be implemented, of course. If this makes such a big deal for you, then don't buy the game (or buy it when you receive news of an update that provides such attention). As far as I am concerned, there is no need to be so negative about something that affects a person's enjoyment differently for every person playing the game. As I said, not buying games is far more effective (to the publisher) than complaining about it on forums somewhere. You may inadvertently put people off (by hyperbole, not that you employed it Krandy) who otherwise would've managed with the limited functionality (like Langy seems to be doing).

Thanks for the information about the price hike, I didn't realise (though I'm sure you've told me before ) about the platform costs.

It isn't that PC gamers thing its a right or that they deserve to be special, its that the platform itself should allow the developers to have greater control over their product than the consoles. The PC platform has always generally been about customising your experience to best suit your needs, for instance if your trying to play a game on your PC and its shuttering that crazy, you generally adjust the graphical settings in an attempt to get your optimal frames per second at a consistent rate. Resolution is also a big factor when it comes to PC gaming, because you are significantly closer to the image, a lower resolution game could be detrimental to your game play experience. Resolution can also be further complicated with screen aspect ratios which can vary far greater than those on the consoles.

PC gamers will generally complain about the lack of features more than their console counterparts because they are generally more connected to the web/forums, as their on the PC during their playtime so its easy for them to jump onto a forum, throw down a post and wait for a response.

Different things will annoy different people, for instance I can't stand games with a Field of View around the 70 mark (which is most console games) because it actually begins to make me feel physically sick, this was one of my biggest issues with playing games that were ported from the console (due to the limited FOV and the close screen). However, in recent years developers are allow me to access the command console or through options menus to change that Field of view to my preferred liking, this is good move as it allows the customer to not have a negative experience with the game and provide a more positive response back to the developers.

What's wrong with demanding more from developers? Hell, it's not even demanding "more" since like someone else said, for a long time it was the standard, there's plenty of console ports on the PC that have additional graphic options. Also, i swear the game looks worse than the first one and that they changed Vulgrim's voice.

ANYWAY, i have been enjoying the game, while the graphics look like ass half the time, they're salvaged by the art design, so it's not a real issue in my opinion(real issue is that they don't fucking let you change the resolution until after you start the game, why the fuck not? I don't enjoy watching cutscenes at fucking 800x600 or whatever the starting resolution is). I'm pleasantly surprised by the combat, it's not a huge improvement over the first one but it's definitively more challenging, in Darksiders I i never even had to use a potion(or whatever they were called in DS1) in here i've been forced to use plenty. Weapons are fun but i'm really disappointed that hammers, axes and glaives all have the exact same animations with the exception of one or two charged attacks, possessed weapons are really fun and all the ones i've found only scale up to lvl 5, which is fine by me, if you could just keep feeding one weapon through the whole game there wouldn't be much point in ever replacing it.

I'm also disappointed in most "cutscenes" where you talk to people, most of them look really bad when compared to the ones in the first game, people will just stand still in one spot and their jaw will move up and down as if they were a robot while they talk, there are exceptions, at least the first guy you talk to in the game doesn't do this and has actual animations, so i suppose the "important" cutscenes are not like this. Also, there's a god damn dialogue wheel in the game which has no reason or purpose to be there but to break the flow of cutscenes and conversations, it's not like the choices you make when talking to people matter, at least not as far as i've seen and one would think that if they did and had a system in place for that, they would've shown it by now. No, it's just there because they thought it'd be neat, but it's not neat, it just slows things down for no reason at all.

The way Death moves around is really fun, almost Prince of Persia-ish, BUT, i could swear he's actually slower than War, he cannot double jump or glide(at least, i can't yet, dunno if it's an ability you gain at some point or not), and unlike War who could jump to move faster while hanging from walls or vines or whatever, Death can't, and whenever Death falls from a great height if you don't use meteor strike(which you buy from that big maker warrior on the first town) he stands there groaning for a couple of seconds, which seriously slows things down.

Also, there's no block button but if you get a buckler you can stay in a "block" stance and when enemies hit you, you instantly counter them, which is a downgrade from the first one where the only way to counter was to guard at the precise moment when enemies attacked you.

Oh, and, remember how they said just the first area of the game was bigger than all of Darksiders I? I call bullshit and i expected it to be like this, sure, the first area is enormous, and it probably is bigger than all of Darksiders I, maybe, i don't know, but pretty much all of it is empty space. The very first open space you see you go "whoa, this is huge" and it looks impressive, until you realize there's literally nothing there. And the game starts really fucking slow.

So far, i'm really enjoying it but i'm not particularly impressed, Darksiders I felt more polished and II so far feels like they wanted to do too much and went for quantity over quality on everything. "Let's have a lot of weapons! But they all behave the same, let's have a lot of people to talk to! But the conversations are all of poor quality, let's have a bigger world! But the world is all empty," but of course, the game is supposed to be huge, so maybe so much quantity will make up for the lack of quantity this is just my first impression of the game, i don't think i've even killed the first boss yet, only sub bosses. And if i did kill the first boss already i would be really disappointed, so i hope that's not the case.

Oh and one last thing, i've spotted several circular panels on walls on the world, which remind me a lot of the portal walls on the first Darksiders I. I dread to imagine that there will be another "black-throne-like" dungeon in this one.

    Edit:

Oh, and the game does run like butter. At a constant 110+ fps.

    Edit2:

Something i just remembered, there's a part in the game where Death interacts with one of those gate rock men from the first game, and the rock dude says a line from a certain move(you'll recognize it) i just wanted to say that it made me smile, and that was neat.

On the subjected of Death, i forgot to talk about his personality, he... Well... He, he is kind of a dick. To everyone. So far i'm not sure if i like his personality but he's definitively more likeable than War.

    Edit3:

Advice: Destroy everything. EVERYTHING. I accidentally made a chest appear by destroying all boxes and stuff in a room.

Goddamnit it Gorb, your ability to read my mind and say exactly what I am thinking is incredibly convenient and a time saver for me.

Just because it's on PC the developers *have* to put work into giving it more features? The consoles lack customisation, so surely they should get more free content as compensation? I think it works both ways.

Features like Krandy mentioned (small FoVs make my head go funny) are not really bonus options but steps to make sure everyone with an adequate spec pc can play and enjoy the game. So, why do we deserve more? Other than 'because we have the capability'...

I'm not surprised. Anything within three feet of you seems to end up full of knife shaped holes.

Just because it's on PC the developers *have* to put work into giving it more features?
Actually, yes, if they at all want to maintain goodwill with the PC customer base. I hardly think they want to lose sales because of word of mouth like this.

What Konfeta said, it's in their best interest. Have you seen the shitstorm going on with Dark Souls because From Software admitted that it was going to be a direct port? It got worse when we got screenshots from the options menu, and actually, that one has more options than this one, at least that one allows you to use antialiasing. If they had revealed that Darksiders II was going to be a simple direct port on the PC, it would've gotten a lot of flak and that's probably the reason why they didn't reveal such information.

And need i remind you that the WiiU version will in fact have extra features that none of the other versions will have because of the Tablet controller? Funny how everyone ignores that.

Other than 'because we have the capability'...
You'll have to explain to me why we need any reason besides that one to expect better from developers.

On the subject of the actual game, without spoiling anything. The first boss was really fun, unfortunately it was also really easy and simple. And Death continues to be a dick, i like him.

The game is a little slow to start. Both side quest bosses I encountered so far were far harder than the two main bosses.

Now, I am getting curious - anyone has a link to someplace explaining exactly wtf are all the values are? For example, how much damage does every point of strength give? Does it affect just the weapon attacks or does it also affect the Harbinger spells, or does Arcane dictate all spell stuff? Are there any differences between let's say Axes and Maces (there is a difference between Bucklers and Fists, at least - Fists get a very hard hitting punch while Bucklers get a block).

It would also be nice to find out what are the exact mechanics of possessed weapons before I feed my entire inventory to a crappy looking Scythe for sake of science.

Incidentally, that secondary currency and the pages of the book of the dead can come from some pottery you break, so make sure you break all of it.

Yes, pottery is very sneaky. I think that's where the "Rogue" skill tree went.

Oh man, ghouls are so overpowered. Once you get their fire ability and their explode ability they can take out an entire room alone, and since they give you wrath with each attack and cost so little, you can just spam them. They suck against big powerful enemies and bosses though, since they can take them out in one hit and the ghoul's attacks don't stagger them.

Also, i've only used Death's Reaper form once(it feels better that way ) and it feels incredibly powerful compared to War's, it attacks insanely fast and it doesn't seem like each hit does less damage than War's chaos form either.

Oh, and yes, Death's voice actor is fantastic. Death is really an alias, he truly is the biggest dick I ever heard talk in a video game, and as such, is Horseman Dickhead. He can't say anything without obviously insulting something by opening his mouth, no matter what words come out of it.

O.K., you can actually experiment with possessed weapon diets as long as you stay in one spot and don't trigger any of the 2384902384093284 auto-save landmines. Here's some rules I found:

    1. When leveling up the weapon base stats, the only thing the relative power of the destroyed weapon determines is how much more you need to feed to actually level the weapon up. I fed all purples, I fed all whites, my Ruslanov Axe went to 224 damage on the first level up every time.

    2. When granting a weapon a new stat, the only thing that matters is that at some point before the level up it ate a weapon that has the stat you want. The amount of the stat is irrelevant, how many weapons with the same stat you fed it is irrelevant. So, Ruslanov Axe got 11% Critical Hit Damage if I fed it a measly 4% and rest whites or if I fed it some god's armory worth of high crit damage weapons. You can only pick one "additional" stat per level up, so it seems that the best strategy is to feed it the worst weapon with the stat you want on it, and rest whites.

    3. Repeat nomming of the same stat basically let you level the same stat up twice per level up (once general weapon improvement and once in the "additional abilities" select menu). Seems that amount of stat fed is, again, irrelevant.

    4. Which level up you use to feed a new stat doesn't seem to matter. It always gives the biggest, fixed benefit when you first add the stat. The downside of this is that the stat addition doesn't seem to be retroactively improved by all the levels the possessed weapon already acquired. I.E. - the first stat you give the weapon will be the strongest as it will benefit from multiple level ups even if you don't try to beef it up later.

So, basically - you can hypercharge a single attribute on a weapon by repeatedly feeding it that particular attribute once per leveling session; you can create a "jack of all trades" by giving a weapon a new attribute every level (make sure you prioritize order of level ups by whichever stat you want most), you can do something in between.

The real question is, now... is it worth feeding your entire inventory to beef up that possessed weapon or do you just sell it all for cash and buy an upgrade next time you level up? I don't know how well they balanced these.

*Incidentally, anyone knows if the Vulgrim currency is limited or unlimited? I am wondering because he seems to have a gamble function in exchange for that special currency, it would be a little weird if you could only try to buy "random possessed weapon" 5 times or something through out the whole game.

**Ah, my google fu told me is that it is indeed limited, and that there are only a 100 coins in the game. Warning - the game fucking autosaves after you buy something with a token* specifically.

The only thing really shitting me about the game is the camera, having to fight it to run one way and look another quickly gives me a headache.

They really want you to use focus mode, I guess. Also, Mace Maximus and Van Der Smash codes are out.

After you get Soul Splitter, you can toss bombs to yourself and catch them. This is critical at another point later in the game, where you have to cross a small gap but you can't climb up with a bomb in your hand.

Also, to add on to Konfeta's info about possessed weapons, it seems you can only upgrade them 5 levels. Weapons you find that are the same level as the upgraded possessed weapon tend to have better stats, though obviously they might lakc things like defense if you piled that onto your weapon. For example, if you get a possessed weapon at level 10 and upgrade it to 15 on the spot, it'll be the most awesome thing you can get for a while. Once you get other level 15 weapons, though, they tend to be better than your possessed weapon (base damage and other stats tend to be higher). Basically, you upgrade a possessed weapon so you can get something hilariously powerful for the short term, but it's not going to be super powerful forever, and eventually it'll be worse than the crap you pick up from dead enemies.

Also, sacrificing a possessed weapon to another one goes a long way to upgrading it. So don't just sell them or toss them. Hold on to them so that you can cannibalize it later for your newer possessed weapons.

I believe if you look in the keybindings, one of the buttons is for the voidwalker (the portal ripoff gauntlet thing).

Say, does the order/combination in which you give Blackroot the stones you find matter?

Oh dear lord no. Well i suppose that doesn't mean the voidwalker dungeon in this one would be as awful as the Black throne.

Also, feeding fully upgraded possessed weapons to newer possessed weapons feels really good for some reason.

And i'm not a fan of soul splitter, or more like, the previous ability you had was more fun.

Jesus, Darksiders just crashed so hard I can't even end the process in Task Manager.

That's too bad, what were you doing when it happened?

And on the subject of the voidwalker, turns out i am on that particular dungeon, so far it's pretty good and nowhere near as infuriating as "The beams... Redirect the beams..." When you get to that dungeon, there's a puzzle where you have to use soul splitter near the beginning, actually it's just outside of the room where you get the portal gun, in that room a chest appears when you destroy one of those yellow crystal clusters(the game clearly wants you to use voidwalker for that, but you can actually use soul splitter to do it by tossing the bomb from one soul to the other), anyway, there's also some angelic scythes hidden behind a rock in that room, the scythes have a "midas touch" ability, so you might want to get them.

    Hitting a bad guy.

Had to hard reset the computer to solve the issue as I couldn't shut down darksiders.exe, couldn't shut down steam without it, and computer refused to restart/shut down until steam was shut down.

Also, are the Book of the Dead "death tomb" rewards fixed in level or are scaled to your level? Trying to decide whenever it's worth trying to dig out the last 20 XP to level 9 somehow before opening the chests in it.

So ive finally gotten around to playing DS2 and Id suggest anyone who plays the PC version to crank youre gfx settings within there own options to the max, only that way will the PC version look slightly better then the console version.
Now I tried playing the first game but couldnt really, get into it. This 2nd is much more refined and although Ive only gotten to the shaman dwarf type Im having alot of fun, combat is very fun.

So, is there any way to get the soundtrack for Darksiders II? Still haven't played due to the ridiculous launch date in Europe (still 5 days), but jdging from Totalbiscuit's 'Wtf is...' the music sounds amazing.
