Spooge Error

I've looked around for solutions, my problem seems pretty standard but none of the standard fixes are working.

I could not find the warnings.log file under C:/Computer/ProgramFiles(X86)/THQ/Dawn of War - Dark Crusade

Somewhere else i should look?

Basic Computer information:

Windows 7
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580
GPU drivers up to date.
Direct X 9.0c installed.
4 GB RAM

So i re-installed and now the Graphics Options Utility is giving me a different error. It says, Could not open localized text. Please make sure you are running this utility from your WarHammer\Root directory.
