For completion's sake, what was the fix to your issue?

The taint of Chaos needed to be purged from said file. I cleared the inventory.lua of everything and added 1 item, completed the first mission for, what was it, the 12th time? And voila, to my amazement, the item appeared after returning to the Armageddon, so I added the rest from the unlocker mod, minus the expendable tomes, replayed the mission, and the inventory was stacked. Same bloody file, maybe there was an extra space hidden by the warp. On another note, I just realized Chaos Rising changes missions in the DOWII campaign, Nemerian is.. just pathetic.
