    Low performance in multiplayer

Title says everything i guess. I have no problems with single player. When i try to play coop or multilayer my FPS get low and jerky. My specs:

    CPU: AMD/Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6400+ (3.2 GHz)
    GPU: Sapphire/HD4870/512MB/256 bit/GDDR5
    RAM: PQI/DDR2/2 x 2GB/800MHz 128 bit (dual channel)
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional (Version 2002) SP3

MP performance is always a little worse.
The first thing to do that makes a BIG difference on some maps is to turn off weather effects. If it's still bad try taking it down a level. Then turn up individual settings like textures and model detail.

Typically, your performance will drop a little when playing with others. Post a Dxdiag.txt and Warnings.log so we can check everythings up to date.

How is your connection in general too?

Nevermind, COH is so much better and runs smooth in sp and mp. Thanks for the help anyways.

I see that Video Card is a bit under overall specs, if you can change it game will perform perfectly.

Updating video drivers can also help.

I can play SP and Skirmish with constant 70 fps (my monitors max refresh rate). My system is over recommended requirements and has noting to do with it. I've herd many people with decent rigs have same problems. Thanks for help anyways.

In a state of perpetual confusion.
I've merged your two threads into one in Tech Assistance as that is the correct forum for this type of thread.

So far, you have not given us anywhere near enough information to let us help you. Read the READ THIS FIRST sticky thread and then post your dxdiag.txt and a warnings.txt file from a multiplayer game and we might be able to give you some advice.
