I have done an Infantry Only mod in the past that had so much added or changed that it made the AI just plain stupid in Skirmish. I wanted to try do a Mostly Infantry Only mod focused on Skirmish Play to try and keep the AI playing well. What I have so far is the ground work for it. I have not touched any doctrines yet but have focused on all the main buildable units. So far I am just focusing on the Allies and Werhmacht. Feel free to make any suggestions.

Doubled Engineer Squad to 6 Soldiers
Doubled Riflemen Squad to 12 Soldiers (1 Sergeant, 11 Riflemen)
Increased Heavy MG Team Squad to 5 Soldiers
Increased Mortar Team Squad to 5 Soldiers
Reduced Sniper Pop Count to 1
All squads that have been increased in size have had their time cost and resource cost reduced to be close to original.
Instead of removing vehicles, I increased the cost to an obscene amount which would prevent the AI from buying to see how it would affect the AI versus removing the units from the buildings. Now they simply can’t afford vehicles.
Jeep – Manpower = 25000
M8 Armored Car - Manpower = 25000
57mm AT Gun – Manpower = 24850
T17 Staghound Armored Car – Manpower = 25000
Increased Tank Depot Cost – Manpower = 25000 – Testing cost of building high instead of all the units being high, this way the manpower isn’t wasted on the building.
