    Corsix won't load .module files?

I am trying to load RelicCOH.module and CheatMod.module files, but each time I load it using Corsix, it gives me the error: "[Name of File] has stopped working. Windows is trying to find a solution.", before closing.

What's going on? I used to do this all the time o_O

The ModStudio no longer can open the RelicCOH.module, which actually is a good thing because it prevents you from altering your vanilla installation! Does it open the CheatMod module correctly?

No, I've tried. You can't mod cheatmod.

Is there any way to open it? I'd like to be able to change unit weapons/keep persistent dead bodies/change unit sizes, while still maintaining CheatMod functions.

I have modified Cheatmod before. How is it so absolute in your case?

But I still want to know, how do I edit units and their attributes while still utilizing CheatMod?

The same as you would without. You would just have to edit the cheatmod.scar file to reflect any new units, structures or abilities.
