He is probably some nameless hero that is remembered by the inhabitants of the planet for something so great that they had to build a statue to him. Or he could be their depiction of the Emperor, who knows.

He looks like Chaos might of removed his head and placed that skull on it. But it's definatly a FC, 'cos of the armour.

Otherwise he is in Tactical Dreadnought (Termie) armour with long black hair, a force sword and a determined expression.

hes in power around not terminator. terminator aromour is much more bulky and rises up around the heard of the model.
lets just face it is a statue added to a map because it looks cool. maybe its ment to represent the emperor.
no, the emperor is in termie armour, read abou the horus heresy and the battles he fought and he is in termie armour in all of them, in his final duel with horus he was in termie armour with an enhanced force sword and possibly hellfire round filled storm bolter
with a power fist, and nifty pimped out termie armour.
Oh he also had a circular iron crown on his forehead.

why would the imortal emperor be caught stuck in bulky termie armour? i would say artificer armour (like in the saber tooth card game with art work by john blanche...maybe. The reason for the skull I guess is that he's technically dead on the golden throne.

I've seen that, and horus looks like one ugly mofo and sanguine looked like he got owned badlypoor guy.

I think all you would need is a emperor and you could take a whole chaos force. so I think that wont happen till the end of 40k

Yeah. I thought he should be in artificer armour but trust me, he wears Terminator armour in the model and the original picture of the final duel. The new pic looks far better (only just seen it) and the Emperor is in very cool artificer armour.

I think this is the one they're talking about. Its pretty small, but you can still make out the Emperors armour, and Horus and Sanguinius.

well, just in case you weren't joking, Horus is the big baddie, the guy in black armour.
The emperor is the guy with the sword (you got that one! bonus mark)
and Sanguinis is usually depicted with feathered wings and a halo, thus making him the dude lying on the floor. (I saw a conversion of sanguinis from the necron nightbringer... it was sweet!)
so i got two guys switched. i think those guys on the sides are emperor's guard or random SMS
I don't think they're the emperors bodyguard. They have huge conical helmets ala Eldar (as stated in some other thread). Probably random Space marines.
