Uhm, no. The sensei are completely different, they are even considered heretics by the inquisition. The Custodes are the bodyguard of the Emperor, while the Sensei are part of the Cult of the Starchild, and travels around the universe. If a custodes ever met a Sensei, he would most probably try to slay him outright.

No, the Sensei are scattered across the galaxy and the Inquisition wants them all dead, whereas the Custodes are on Earth. It is possible some of the Custodes might be Sensei, which is the ambiguity that GW likes to maintain to keep their fluff somewhat interesting.

The Sensei are Direct decendants of the Emperor when he was 'alive'. They are psyhic blanks and so are not effected by pyskers and the such. They are HUnted down by the Inqustion because they represent a threat to the IMperial power base.

The Custodes are Like Space marines, but more powerful. Duriong the Heresy they wore power armor and carried power weapons that had bolters attached, and were like the Emperors PRaetorian Guard or Companion Cavalry. In the current timeline, they gurd the Emperors Throne room, and the golden throne itself. they NEVER EVER leave EARTH. There is NO reason for them ever to leave.

(Thats to head off any ' oh they'd be an awsome army to play!' stuff)
