I've noticed that each barracks for all races has 2 things you can config.
The Rally point and the Battle Tactic.
Can you please add the ability to set the melee/ranged/both setting as well? It should just say default if you don't use it but if you want to cycle through it you should have the same choices you have on each unit.
In fact add it to any structure that produces a unit/vehicle.

Errr aren't those settings for the building itself rather than the units being produced from that building? As buildings can't do melee attacks (*pictures Monastary bitch slapping a chaos lord*), isn't allowing them to toggle between melee/ranged/versatile irrelevant?

Think he means the ability to set what units produced are set to; melee, ranged or versatile.
Even so, I don't see how it would be very useful; I wouldn't want my Dark Reapers set to Melee or my Banshees set to Ranged!
In certain cases I want to produce units that won't follow the same tactics that they are meant for.
So is it possible to have that option? Seems easy enough. Just have it set to default and if someone wants to change it they can.

Probably possible... they were looking at doing something like that in HW2, where produced ships took on the stance of the building vessel.
