Connection Issues

I am having really bad connection issues. I can't connect to any games at all, and no one can connect to my games. I had this problem in the beta but I fixed it there and I hoped that it would remain fixed. So what do I need to do to connect. I have SP2 and a D-Link wireless router on my computer.

the router is the problem many problems that i have had stemed from routers they act kinda like a firewall blocking incoming signals wich is why noone can join your games and it can black outgoing to wich is why you cant join games i sugest you find another conection rather than a router for the internet

I tried to disconnect my router and it still didn't work.

You shut off the windows firewall that gets turned on automatically when you install SP2?
