    Ever Started a 4v4???

    Because I haven't.

At least 1 person always drops out before the game, causing mass drop-outs once the game does start.

And if that isn't enough, usually there's an error message and the game ends. 'Data-sync error, Game data does not match'.

I have. But I stopped because I got tired of starting out on the crappiest positions on the map. I wish random start locations would actually randomize.

Random start locations puts you next to your team-mates.

i've been playing 4vs4 since the beta. i've played a ton

i just blacklist anyone who drops from my games and that way they're less likely to drop on me twice

droppers are a huge problem but on occasion you get 8 players who won't drop (it's just very rare :smash: )

it would help a lot if we could check the pings of the players in-game and kick those with high pings

4v4 games rock, last night, I had THE best game I have ever played. two players dropped out however, but the teams were still even. The enemies were gathering at my base, and so me and my teamates rushed to defend, it was the longest, grueling struggle of a battle I'd ever played, we spent an hour fighting at the fringes of my base, and everyone even agreed that "this battle isnt going anywhere at this rate"

but eventually we were pushing them bakc and winning, I snatched one of thier relics and built an offensive/defensive missle battery right nxt to the enemies base. As soon as I summoned the Bloodthrister, it was too much, and the game crashed >_<

I disagree Navaros. I'm on 56k so i'm likely to get around 200-400 ping BUT i'v never so far dropped out of a single game or lagged. Not even once. The only drops i'v done is becuase of a rare sync error and thats it (thats happened like 2 times) so I don't really want ping display becuase i'l just get kicked from every game even though I have a very reliable connection.

I really wish people would realise that 56k doesn't instantly mean lagger. I'v seen far more people on broardband drop and lag.

    (sorry for the mini-rant) :duck:

You talk about droppers. I have played only a handfull of games but sometimes I have been the last survivor in a 3 v 3. There is no way of winning so I come out of the game to save everyone time. BANG - It is classed as a drop.

When players get dropped or cause the game to slow down its usually not their net connection causing it. Its people with slow PCs or running the graphics on settings to high for their PCs.
