I just Installed Homeworld on my Thinkpad, and installed the 1b.05 patch. When launching the game the 2 introduction avis play fine, but as soon as the menu should appear, all i get is a black screen. The game is still running, I hear the music, and can navigate the menus sort of, I managed to start the traingin mission, but the game screen was also black.
Some system details:
PIII 750
256mb ram
S3 savage IX (latest ibm drivers)
Win2k sp2
The same problem occurs whether I'm using an external monitor or the built in lcd.
Any help would be appreciated.
