    Anyways, I wrote him a mail and he said he'll soon be done - I really hope so as my brother already waits for some screenshots

    Then again I think Xen isn't an evil [of course!] hermit like we are.

    Hmm... Havn't heard any news about this mod. I still enjoy playing it but where is the mod team? Is it still going? Albeit slowly at least. Stay alive and I hope to play the next version soon!

    We're waiting for the animations - no animations, no new models is the rule right now because it sucks to waste so much time on a model if it never gets in a game anyways. I'm sure that Xen will soon be done though - at least I hope so as I'm myself quite eager to see the guy running around ingame.

    Once the TS CSM works, my brother will most likely start work on the sorcerers (I have "his" dog UWAHAHAHA) , one is the leader of the TS squads and the other one the commander.

    I know it's been a long time since the last update, but rest assured, this mod in not dead.

    The next version will include new features, bug fixes and tweaks.

    If we are lucky, it might also contain a new model.
    Unfortunately, the animator has very little spare time, so I can't promise anything.

    There are at present three people working on models,
    two of them can model, two of them can skin and one of them can animate.

    There is another model being done,
    it's a daemon but not the Lord of Change and it's not yet finished.

    Depending on how things turn out with the animations,
    there is a good chance that the Lord of Change will be made sometime in the future.

    Unfortunately no time frame can be given, the modelers,
    skiners and animators time is very limited, we can only wait.

    first i'd like to encourage you all to bring it up and keep the changer happy
    i'd say that it's the greatest mod i've ever seen (i'm sure it is) but actually I can't play it cause I have the spanish version installed, and the 1.1 patch doesn't work with this language, so I'm waiting relic to release the spanish version (yes, I have tried with the international patch)
    so keep it alive untlil I can tell u lots of bugs, changables things and more

    play test : multi nuke
    multi nuking a HQ is way too easy, try tweaking a modifier for the bolt of pain and change, so it does less damage to buildings. (my personal opinion is that the standar nuke that everyone has is nerfed but the sorcer's still kick ass)

    Alas...Whenever I try to install mods with Installers like Daemon Hunters and Thousand Sons, I get some error or another during the installation process. For Daemon hunters it's "Cannot Install File "." !". For Thousand Sons, it's "Cannot Install ThousandSons.module !" ...*sigh* alas, alas, for my craptastic computer, Alas.

    I don't think that 1.2 is the problem, as long as it's 1.1 or above.

    It works fine on my version of 1.2.

    Any expected day of release? I think for the TS model, you could just xref all the chaos space marine animations to the TS model for now. It would be much quicker, but not as cool.

    Q) - I get a fatal Scar error when playing the skirmish
    A) - Try running the mod without the destroy HQ, and Assassinate mission objectives.

    Sorry for the delay, I must have missed your post.

    There is an installation file, but I'll assume that you've tried it and it didn't work on your computer.

    The "ThousandSons" folder must be in the "W40k" folder.
    "ThousandSons.module" must be in the main DoW folder.
    The shortcut can be anywhere you like, but don't forget to edit it and don't forget that there are two fields to edit.

    bad news everybody!

    our animator can't go on and we are in desperate need of an animator for our thousand sons chaos space marine.

    all we need is someone who'd be able to give our model the animations of the standard chaos space marines basically.

    I hope someone is willing to help this great mod by hraefn out!

    maybe an animator from one of the other mods could supply you with their sequences? That way you would have a base to work from, and could alter slightly to fight the Thousands Sons "character". It would also speed development up a lot. I don't know if mod teams like to share though

    We'd only need someone who is able to apply the basic DoW animations to our model - but since it seems nobody is willing to help us with that, I think I can safely declare the TS CSM as dead dust.

    I hope the mod will flourish further though.

    That would be very kind of you - I think all we need is to make a custom skeleton for our marine (I have no clue how custom this has to be but I guess that's the easy part) and once we have that skeleton altered we can simply apply all animations Relic has done. That's basically all we need.

    No need for new animations, we just need the relic ones.

    I'll look around, maybe I'll find someone.

    They are in the game and currently their animations get tweaked a bit. Two models are going to be done very soon (once my brother stops playing WoW) and textured.
