Another Noob-Question

How do is sell buildings ?
I´ve read some tactics that involve selling buildings, but I just cant find out how

In the Hot Keys Table on the manual "Toggel Overwatch" is mentioned - what does that do ?
It isnt mentioned anywhere else in the manual.

To answer question 1...to sell a building you can select it, and press delete. You will recieve have of the cost. This method also works to get rid of squads but you don't get req back.

As for question 2 you can put many things on overwatch, which simply means the comp will continue building whatever you have selected as soon as req becomes available until you reach limit. For instance you can right click on the reinforce squad button and it will begin to pulsate and the squad will continue to reinforce until it is at the squad limit. You can right click on the "build space marine" icin on your Chapel Barracks and the comp will make Space Marine squads until you hit the squad limit. It also works for weapons and stuff.

Since you may have a couple of items on overwatch at a time, you can use the toggle them on and off via hotkeys to make management easy.
