I actually find it pretty difficult to believe that your english skills have devolved so much over the past couple of weeks that you have gone from this:

the only workaround you can do after you've been FC stunned is to attack another squad, thus freeing up your hero. but by that time the FC has demolished your hero so badly that even if you try to run away it's going to die. losing games due to this single bug is really frustrating.

If you're defending a rush with your commander unit and a couple of squads, you have to take out the FC first because he's the one going to be doing melee damage to your infantry. it's kind of hard to ignore the strongest starting hero in the game (okay, debatable - CL is pretty damn strong as well). once you try to micro out of melee combat with him though you are screwed.

the problem isn't with the stun per se. that's fine. the problem is FC being able to stun enemy comms as they try to run away, then being stunned until they die (no matter how high their health is).

and FC also has knockback ability as well.

each commander has its own special abilities right from the start. as it stands they're all pretty balanced. CL with massive morale damage from his manreaper, FC with his daemon hammer and stun, Big Mek with his repair ability, FS with her spells/FoF.

"Took" and "taken" are both past tense of "to take." So you can say you "have taken," or more informally, you "took." That said, 20 pounds of what? You took them where? Are you working out, and using 20 lb weights? If so, how are you using them? Did you take 20 lbs of deli meat home from the deli?

Here you lose me. Home workout machines should handle 20 pounds, and girls don't eat any less at home then elsewhere. So either way this makes no sense.

Depends. Are you the guy or the girl? Why do the weights differ at home vs gym? Why not save yourself the time and buy the presliced ham instead?

Come on folks its obviouos that English is not his/her first language. I'd guess thier form somewhere outside westen Europe.

I'm guessing he's asking if its better to do your witht lifiting if your sitting with free weights or use one ofthose sytems whereby you lie on a bench and lift a giant dumbell. And I think the 20/30 thing has to do with the comparative streinth of men and women. i.e. given the mussle mass of the average person is a man lifiting 30 punds like a women lifting 30?
All I can say Is I doubt it becuse I know lots of strong women who could probobly bench press me.
