Ok, this is just something i was thinking of, it may not work with HW2 well but what if in online mp you could save your fleet you have and then start out with it in the next game if you wanted to. I know this has issues such as, what if your playing someone that got beat their last game and have no fleet. But I was just wanting to get some feedback on it so what do you guys think.
As far as ladder games are considered, I think this would be an interesting experiment for an addition to standard ladder play: Contiguous Fleet Ladder.
Otherwise, in normal mp games, it wouldnt do so well. People would play a friends smirf and build up to the unit-cap/SU limit and then kill the smirfs ms that did nothing but wait for the end. Then they would return the favor.
And thats just the most obvious problem... others will think of different difficulties I am sure.
