    I Dont Know What I Should Do!!!!!!!

    I just bot hw:c and it kickes me to desktop after the barking dog intro, I dont know what my system configuration is so if u can tell me where i can find that also i would appreciate it.

    Well, if this is the case than the repair is simple:
    download the patch.

    i donwnloaded a patch from sierra becaus it sed that the patch might fix the problem and it still dosent work, i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and still nuting. i have xp on my comp but i dont think thats the problem becaus my hw runs with xp just fine

    Right click on the shortcut you are using to run HW:C. Click properties.

    When the properties window opens, go to the Compatibility tab. On that tab, choose "Windows NT 4.0 SP5" and then click ok.

    Try to run Cat after that.

    it continues to kick me, it brought up the intros agen after it kicked me

    Ok... can you go into your device manager and look under the video card and tell us what you have there?

    i cant see anything that says video card, my friend found what it was on there, why cant i, damn xp

    Void:

    Right click on the My Computer icon and choose properties (or hit WindowsKey+Pause). Go to the devices tab, then click device manager. Under display adapters it should show you what you have.

    If you need help installing it, it might be good to get your friend to do it, and take notes as he installs it so you can learn it yourself. Updating drivers will get easier in the future, but for now, it's a good skill to learn.
