someguy, i could swear that line is not from zero wing. i am dead sure admiral ackbar said it in RotJ. a while back (and even nowadays, sometimes. i think they can get banned for it now), the boardies at somethingawful.com made constant jokes about that line, and used ackbar's face in a lot of the pictures in various photoshop phridays.

m3g4MAN vs Guidestone Forum Moderators, 01 U.S. 145 (2001)
precedent for this one. Unfortunately for Zungai, the Supreme Court decided that one in favour of the GS mods and m3g4MAN's one week forum suspension for being a (and I quote) "clueless newbie muppet" was upheld, and his counter-suit for slander & damages was thrown out.

I'm going to be well in the minority if I say that I actually liked C&C: Renegade, aren't I?Not a ground-breaking game by any means, but I had fun playing it, and that counts for a lot with me.
Screenshots I've seen from Ghost look great. I have a sneaking suspiscion, however, that I'm going to hate the gameplay, because if they do take the fact that you're playing a "Ghost" into account and take the gameplay at least in a direction toward Splinter Cell, it will only once again remind me that I horribly suck at stealth games.I'm more of a blow-the-crap-out-of-everything kind of guy--which may be another reason that I liked Renegade, come to think of it.
As for the Blizzard debate, I could care less. I've enjoyed Blizzard games (Starcraft and Brood War) and disliked them (Warcraft 2 and 3). I don't particularly worship them as a company, nor do I consider them to be in league with the devil. I judge games on their individual merits, not who made them or the last game that company made...

I agree completely Zungai - I think the staff on this forum have a case to answer.
I must advise you however, that in accordance with the US Constitution's Internet Public Security act of 1997, all correspondence with legal parties (eg. your lawyer, officials of the police, etc) must be made publicly available to all parties involved in the suit. This can be made available in the form of written text (emails, letters etc) or voice recordings.
Apparently, according to the act, you must post any of this correspondence on the offending public messageboard (here) or it will be inadmissable as evidence. This is one of the mistakes that m3g4MAN made in his suit against the Guidestone mods - his correspondence with the federal police was conveniently withheld from the public and Supreme Court (for great) Justice Zig tore his evidence apart in court.
