Lost the jewel case? o_O
I believe customer support has an option where you send them the original CD and they can recover the CD key or replace with a new one.
Check with THQ customer support.

The number for THQ customer support is 818-880-0456 and can be reached Monday-Friday, 9AM - 5PM PST. In order to receive a new CD-Key we basically need to just exchange your copy of the game for a new one, which means it must be within 90 days of your place of purchase. Otherwise the exchange is an out of warranty exchange as detailed on the last page of the manual for the game (meaning there is a replacement fee of $15 to replace the game)

There will be a different phone number for different countries, if you need the number tell us your country and we can find it out for you. Alternatively, you can use the THQ website and fill in a form.
In any case, the 90 day stuff still applies.
