Kadeshi, try and find a friend who has HW2 (legally!) and a means of extracting .aifr files from the HW2 bigfile. Mine happened to have everything extracted and sent me the whole pile as I've no modding knowledge whatsoever beyond educated guesses. Be aware it's a VERY BIG pile of music. If I were you I'd request those music tracks you liked the most, like battle music or certain mission cutscene music to cut down on send/recieve time.

Kadeshi, if you have a bittorrent client, see this thread for links to .torrent files for both HW1 and HW2 soundtracks, if you don't want to mess around with extraction. (Not sure if the torrents are still active, if they aren't PM me and I'll seed them when I can.) You'll get the same files as you would from extracting, but without as much hassle.

I was just reading the other thread on the newly-discovered HW concept art, and happened to notice your post on the Keeper art.

Going by HW2's tendency to have the guardians being more powerful than the guarded ship (Keepers and Dreadnaught, for example), I would say there's a possibility of something along the lines of "Keepers of Qwaar Jet" (Which I'm sure will NOT be a pretty sight).

Then again, when you say something about "Progen superships will not be enough," since I can't see you putting in another super supership in Ashoran's control to counter the Qwaar Jet, I might speculate that this inadequacy could be due to brilliant strategy on Ashoran's part. (Something like in Last EXILE, if anyone's watched that, where the Silverna wins a match against multiple advanced airships via clever manoeuvres)

Enough speculation. Take your time with the story.

All I can say is, wow. DeepChrome, your series of "fanfics" made me decide to register to the forums. I put fanfics in quotes because I don't think anyone should or could classify the work you've done as something so inadequate as a fanfic. In all seriousness, your work comes very close to novel quality. I just really wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful imagination and thank you for sharing it with all of us. Keep working and I'll be excited to see what else you put out there.

I will get them PDFed SOMEDAY, but as the updated versions are on the forums instead of my MS Word it's going to take some friendly bribing of some willing soul to get I and II PDFed, and then III when I finish that (which will feel like a cold day in Hell before that happens, but we'll see.)
