Not a showstopper at least.
When I rebooted, ICConfig popped up a message saying something along the lines of "Cannot find valid renderer, please make sure DirectX 9 is installed."
However, I was able to run IC just fine (after fixing the profile thing of course). But I did think it was odd the message mentioned DX9.
