SPOOGE ERROR - read this.
If you are getting the "spooge driver - failed to initialize video card" error, it usually means one of two things.
1) Your graphics drivers are outdated. Update them.
If you have an ATI card, go here: http://www.ati.com/.
If you have an NVIDIA card, go here: http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
If you have a LAPTOP, first check your manufacturer's website for updated drivers. If none are available, you can install the unofficial omega drivers which you can find here:
http://www.omegadrivers.net/
Official drivers for laptops with nvidia cards (such as the GeForce Go series) can be found on this site as well.

2) Your card is not supported by DoW
Even if you were able to run the game previously, that might have been a fluke. Radeon 7000s will NOT run the game, neither will any integrated graphics chip on your mainboard, nor will any Riva TNT or GeForce 1 type card. Matrox cards are not supported either.
3) You are using Windows Vista and an nvidia graphics card

If you tried updating your drivers, and you are sure that your card can run DoW, but it still won't work, create a new thread in this forum. Make sure to include both a warnings.log and dxdiag.txt file in your thread. You can find instructions on how to get those files here.
