How come a large amount of sm mods get access to the Crusader? While it is a great model, it just is a little disheartening each time one comes out, as it makes our mod look more and more redundant.

I've also refited Tellion'S skin , the gold was just to awefull , now it more on the same scale as Lucius. Still tweaking the blue thought but post worthy nonetheless.
Knowing myself nothing is FINAL, ever So expect a few change to come.
Onward to the Techmarine.
As for the Crusader , i intend to change the skin so it will no be identical to the " normal " land raider. and btw i also intend on doing Marneus Calgar very own personal Land Raider : the MAXIMUS !!!

Just a question I was reading through the posts about company leaders and it says agemman for first company. However, I'm not sure if its just me but I swear that sicarus is now the first company leader since the Medusa V campaign. I'll go searching just to be sure.

Good to hear, QD! I'd been wondering where you had been.
I'm 100% glad to hear that you are doing a (relatively) high-poly model for the Techmarine, as I think he'll need to be a detailed model, and also some nice texturing to really do him justice.
IMHO, Techmarines should be an additional hero unit, limited to 1 per army, and play much the same role as Big Mek for Orks (Gretchin=Servitor, BigMek=Techmarine).
But that's neither here nor there, as I could code it however I wanted, but just explaining the reason I agree with you aiming @ the "hero type poly limit".

Dont worry, Techmarine is 1 limit, the only upgrades that will be done to him is the type of servitors available to him throught tiers... Oh and he will be the main builder unit/mechanical repair. For his weapons we have some surprises coming but Dug can fill in the blanks better when he has the model more done.
Due to some confusions by part of gamers that mistook us for Medes C2C mod, we have changed our name for better identification, but still medes is a part of our mod team. Also inner alpha is working and getting pwnd for a better alpha 2, if all goes well we will have a Beta in no time, and with the surprises we are going to cook up this is going to be fun to release.

We have an innerforum and a public one thanks greatly to Grimnar and Danimator for their kindness, but the public one doesnt have alot of movement since most of the stuff are being done in the shadows because i hate to show a little each time and so does the team, when we release something we will have AT LEAST something enjoyable to play while we tackle the best part of the mod, the Heroes and Chapter Honour Guard.

If you guys haven't figured out how to allow only 1 heavy weapon and 1 assault weapon per squad I have an idea. You could make the flamer/plasma person like a sargeant and by that I mean have it as a character that spawns with the flamer/plasma like a nob leader or sargeant. Then have the heavy bolter/missle launcher as it currently is. You would just have to limit the heavybolter/missle launcher to 1 and limit the "leaders".

Nope. You cannot limit how many leaders you have of each type.
With your system, you could get 1 heavy and 1 special, or 2 heavy or 2 special.
At least that's how it was in WA. I have still to investigate this in DC.
compiler you could use the cap requirement in the entities ebps but this would only work per unit and if you built that unit first you could build no more of the others, way the game checked to see if the full requirement was met i supose, this was in WA anyway
Well I didn't know you couldn't limit the specific leaders. Oh well, maybe have they assault weapons up with the sargeant and allow 1 leader per squad. The Ultramarines going sargeantless is what would happen if they chose an assault weapon. This would allow each squad to have 1 sargeant and 1 heavy weapon or 1 assault weapon and 1 heavy weapon.
OR
Maybe you could make the assault weapons or the heavy weapons be like the IG leaders(commissars, priests, etc.) and the other kind be an upgrade and only allow 1 per squad. That would allow a sargeant,1 assault weapon, and 1 heavy weapon.
EDIT:Just to clarify I mean as attachable leaders.
These are just suggestions, ok and if they are used I would like some credit lol jk. But there's nothing wrong with it. Just put it as random suggestor lol.

Nope. You can't mix a "command squad type" upgrade and a regular upgrade in the same squad.
