Nah, Spirit Walkers are Solitaires that have been killed and "rescued" by The Laughing God.
Solitaires don't wear soulstones, so once they die, the Solitaire's soul has a really, really, high chance of being devoured by Slaanesh and be condemned to eternal torment.
The Laughing God on some occasions may come and spirit away the Solitaire and emplace his/her soul into a Spirit Walker.
Don't be mistakened though, Spirit Walkers still have the amazing agility and strength of the Solitaire in life.
So basically, the Spirit Walker will be the relic unit for the Harlequins. Think of a really beefed-up Wraithlord that can fire volleys of grenades as a special ability :3dcool:

yes but your spirit walker concept art looks nothing like a wraithlord it looks like a harlequin that is 10 times cooler

grrrr does this look like a freaking wraithlord to you people cauze it sure as hell doesnt to meThe concept for the relic unit "Spirit Walker" came from various mentions of this unit in fluff and is inspired from the revenant titan unit from forge world with a fair bit of our own artistic licence. Modelled version will come without the trogdor logo obviously.
i like this concept shin. i sure hope its the same size as a normal commander and not a wraithlord though

it IS a wraithlord. but instead of a normal soul it has a solitaires soul. so it already has the strength of a wraithlord plus that of the solitaire. it should be the same size as a wraithlord right? and that concept art isnt a wraithlord its a spirit walker, a pimped out wraithlord if im not mistaken. and it is so because it has a solitaires soul. actually go to the harlequin mod website theres a lot of background info there I think. and in one of the previous versions I played it had a special attack that looked like the farseers psychic storm but it was really colorful.
The concept art looks more like the solitare him/herself.

That was it's grenade pack attack. Spirit Walkers do have, as well (Correct me if I'm wrong) a back-pack mounted grenade launcher that fires volleys of grenades.and in one of the previous versions I played it had a special attack that looked like the farseers psychic storm but it was really colorful.

The awesome Spirit Walker concept looks as if it should animate like an agile, faceless, creepy marionette string-puppet, parodying the fluidity of the Harlequins in life with a slight jerkiness to its motion.
