You must send me an e-mail for registration but otherwise yes it is open to the public. An answer to some questions: - Only one entry per applicant - Costumes, sculptures and other physical items are okay as long as you take pictures/videos of those things. Please don't send the actual item - Yes you can be under 18, but then you need to get your parents or legal guardian to sign the NDA as well and fax it in. The flight from there or copenhagen, which i suppose are the most likely departing cities, goes over Iceland and the southern tip of Greenland. Not sure about London.
