I get the error message:

System Initialization Failed!
Could not find the required data. Make sure you are running this utility from your Dawn of War directory.

I hit ok and it gives me the graphics util but the only thing there is to do with it is hit the cancel button.

Same thing happens with the game exe.


Everything is running from where it should be from the looks of it.

Im going to try a fresh install I guess. *headache*

No there is no Data folder in my GraphicsOptions folder - if there needs to be - the installer musta broke =P

Yes, that would require a re-install.

Ok after checking the logs - both the graphicoptions and engine folders were missing Data folders inside them.

Once I put them in there - the game fired up - but once I got the profile creation (which you have to do to play the game) - the "create" button didnt work.

So something's all funky and I havent the slightest idea what it could be at this point.

So yeah - re-install it is.

Re-install worked fine. Games runny smoothly now.

can anyone help me with this problem plz i bought the game today i really wanna play
