Eldar Pirate Rules?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but where could I find them? Would I just use a standard Eldar codex?

Dark Eldar is probably a better base. Codex Eldar is geared heavily towards craftworlds.

I thought about that but I didn't particularlly want to use the Dark Eldar codex... My idea was more for just a recently-split-from-the-craftworlds clan of Eldar.

Saim-Hann I think would fit a bit a better than the other craftworlds, in terms of play style.

You can use the current Eldar codex quite easily. Supplement 'guardian' for 'raider' and convert the models appropriately. A well thought-out back story for your raiders and appropriate army choices will support you. Taking munchkinesque game-breaking combinations and trying to fluff a story to justify it won't.
I've been contemplating an Exodite army recently using Storm Guardians as base riders (no shooting, fleet of foot compulsary), jetbikes as faster dinos (based off ghecko's to simulate the 'fly over intervening scenery' thing), and the transport vehicles and heavier tanks are highly armoured big dinos... Quite when I'll get the time to do them is another matter.

Thanks for your advice guys. I was planning to have them led by a powerful farseer. Do you think it would be acceptable for me to include the aspect warriors in my army?

I can't personally see Pirates being led by a Farseer, as they are tied very strongly to their Craftworld and the Wraithbone gardens there. Pirates are outcasts and raiders... Aspect warriors should be OK (depending on type - think Raiders again, so I wouldn't go for Reapers - more the highly mobile light-armed ones like Dire Avengers, Banshees/Scorpions). No Wraithguard or Wraithlords for the same reason as no Farseer. Warlocks should be OK, as should a scattering of War Walkers and Jetbikes.

Hmm... but eldar pirates do maintain pretty close links to their craftworlds I've always imagined them as more corsair than raider. Much like say the English buccaneers who attacked the Spanish on behalf of their state.

Anyhow... Eldar raiders do have access to the full range of 'wraith' kit, they have great spaceships and used wraithlords back when they had rules (RT days).

I imagine they are pretty mechanised (as would befit a raiding force) but probably wouldn't use aspects.

I imagine the core of the force would be mechanised storm guardians (platforms arnt very raiderish) with lots of jetbikes and war walkers.
